KRONOS HOMES X RAFAEL DE LA HOZ
As someone who enjoys architecture and design so much, today I am very excited to Feature world renowned architect from Spain Rafael de La Hoz, who recently worked with Kronos Homes, a company everyone will be hearing about.
The architect recently worked on creating a beautiful state of the art residential development with Kronos called La Finca. which was designed with a strong interest in the evolution of the architectural fabric of the location and environmental impact in mind, which is why the architect has received some of the highest honours worldwide.
Light and "conceptual flexibility" seem to play an fundamental role in his designs. Among his projects are: the headquarters of the companies of Group Finance Com in Casablanca, refurbishment of the Castelar building, Madrid; Biomedical Research in Istanbul, (first prize in the international architecture competition); Huelva Train Station (first prize in the international architecture competition); Among its most emblematic buildings: ‘Rey Juan Carlos’ Hospital in Madrid; the Repsol headquarters, (Leed Platinum Certification); and so so many more to list.
The reason I am so interested by Kronos, is they’re not just another real estate developer, they are changing and innovating the way we live by putting the focus on what they call their Pure Design (#PureDesign) element, and this sets them apart. Changing the fabric of creating developments with not just wellbeing in mind, but design, art and the impact of the environment also as key factors in their projects. They also research and work with the most talented architects and designers, including one of my favorites, Patricia Bustos. We hope to see these architectural collaborations pop up everywhere.
