Greatest Inspirations or influences Clara?

I find inspiration in many things and people. I really love the sensibility of Peter Lindbergh, the  shaping of Herb Ritts, or the narrative of Gregory Crewdson to name a few. However, I don’t  like to be only influenced by photographers. I feel a strong connection with contemporary  dance and the shapes of human body. I love light, air and water. Sometimes I also build ideas  from random thoughts and feelings. It can end up in a very deep concept or, on the contrary,  just an aesthetic that I simply want to follow.

Tell us about your creative process

I am very perfectionist and I always want to have  better results than before. I think art mostly consists of knowing yourself and why you do what  you do. It’s also very important to know how to express the idea to the team and be able to  adapt to all the problems that always appear, without losing the essence of what you want to  say. This year I’m looking forward to keep developing my career and to find big and stable  projects. I also want to meet a lot of talented people and create amazing work with them.

How has this year changed your creativity?

This year has changed me in every single way. I am a very solitary person and the pandemic  gave me a lot of time to be alone, think, and decide where I want to direct my future. I realized  what are my priorities in life and I gained a lot of self-confidence. It was a great therapy!

Icons in your opinion?

I’m not too much into icons and celebrities. There are a lot of things that I don’t understand in our society. Sometimes I feel that the world is full of hate and there is a big lack of sensitivity  in our time. People who can change that in any way and care for the future of the planet  should be icons for all of us.

What do you think of the art world and how it can be improved?

The art world is a bit collapsed in these times. Internet and social media really create a lot of pressure for us artists to continuously create and consume new content everyday and every hour. If you are not on  the Internet you are nothing. Sometimes I don’t know if we create things that we like or that  others will like. I think the world in general needs to slow down and appreciate the silence, it  always holds a lot of answers!

What does wellbeing mean to you?

For me, wellbeing is a quite simple but not always easy to achieve. It’s about being  satisfied with yourself, using your time wisely and doing things that you like. I also believe it’s  important to have a motivation to discover new things, to be surrounded by people you love  and to have good sensations most of the time. One of my favourite feelings is the one after a  photoshoot that has worked perfectly in a good atmosphere.
