Greatest Inspirations or influences Thomas?

I will cite a few films that touched me a lot. Pleasant Ville for its mix of colors and black and white, and Fire in the Sky for its beautiful work on light.

Tell us about your creative process

I am an artist who touches a bit of everything but I try to create as much as possible by hand. I avoid working with 3D software as much as possible, although I do.

Filming reactions of paints and inks in macro, creating origami folds, filming a butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, filming rotting fruit ... I like work that takes time. All this occupies my mind and relaxes me.

The job I'm most proud of is the filming I had the chance to do for Apple and the release of the iPhone X. It was really great. For 5 days, the studio turned into a creative workshop.

What are your expectations for the rest of the year?

What I expect the most this year is that life starts again and that we can put this Covid19 finally behind us, and move forward. I don’t know if that can or will happen this year though.

Icons of our time?

Difficult question. Before there were a lot of them, now iconic people are rare. I really appreciate Greta Thunberg for her dedication.

Do you think the art world is changing and if so how?
I think the art world is constantly changing. It all depends on what the artists need to express. On the other hand, I do not understand this new NFT hype. I am not against it, I'm just saying that I don't understand the principle and the moral of it all. In any case, I'm happy if it can bring some artists to life.
