Emily Bracken is a film and TV comedy writer. She attended Middlebury College and has been employed at such illustrious places as Rolling Stone, The New York Observer, Joey the TV show, and Mao's Kitchen - when she twilighted as Chinese food delivery driver. Currently, the Huffington Post publishes her political satire.

What inspires you?

In no particular order, saxophones in rock and roll, people who work hard and make it look easy, George Carlin and the proper use of semi-colons.

Projects you are working on in 2009?

A fiction book, a script and finding a good haircut.

What would be a dream project for you?

Having my current script go to screen with Tina Fey directing, Anna Faris and Amy Poehler starring, Nora Ephron producing, and my friends all working on it in various capacities.
