Fernanda Mattos and Federica Marchese, Photo Cesare Marchese

Founded in 2010 by Fernanda Mattos and Federica Marchese, False Manners seamlessly integrates the moving image with stunning photography and compelling dance music. The partners acquired their skills at Central St. Martin's, London College of Fashion, Brera Academy of Fine Arts and the IED- and they have honed them on the job, producing videos and still photography for independent record labels and artists across Europe and the Americas. Using a variety of techniques and media to create their images, the girls work closely with each artist to create a unique visual accompaniment to the music. In general, the aesthetic is highly refined, a little twisted, a little funny, a little dark, and a lot sexy.

Here is a recent video the girls launched on Halloween that combines the girls passion for horror movies and electronic music.
